This move comes against the back of Riverbed’s growth ambitions to build a leading world-class independent agency. “The dynamics of this new, multi-talented leadership team will have a tremendous impact on the overall growth and sustainability of the business,” said Monalisa Zwambila, CEO of Riverbed. ”I am highly confident that these new leadership appointments will allow us to continue delivering strategic creative solutions for our clients, and ultimately, put us in the best position to become the number one agency in the industry.”
Both Nash and Felicity have played an integral role in the Riverbed story serving six and five years respectively. Their promotions imbue the agency’s philosophy of the Greater Good, which seeks to build great individuals from within the business. Having identified events and activation as a key contributor to revenue, the need for someone to lead the division had to be prioritised and Nash’s competency in delivery and client service made him the right candidate for the job. Similarly, Felicity’s experience in both corporate and agency environments and her through-the-line capability had her best-placed to lead the client service department.
Management and staff at Riverbed are excited by these appointments and wish Nash and Felicity well in their new positions.
